The benefits of coloring...

Who knew that coloring was not just for kids? I am attaching a link that informs of all of the benefits of coloring as an adult. I personally have been working with doodles and coloring, and now coloring in a coloring book for months. I love it!

Due to all of the benefits, I am now incorporating it into my middle school classroom. Just imagine, if coloring these intricate designs can help us relax and increase our cognitive abilities, why can't it help the older student? Who doesn't love art class?
